Friends of the Pelican Rapids Library member,Wes Schierman, has donated the flamingos collected by his wife, Mary, to Friends of the Pelican Rapids Library for a fund raiser. The Friends group decided to hold a silent auction the week of August 31 to September 5, 2009 at the Pelican Rapids Public Library. Bids will be accepted at the Library or online.
Proceeds from the flamingo auction will be used for Library projects.

Before the flamingos fly south...
Before the flamingos fly south for the winter, bid on flamingos for yourself and your friends. All proceeds to benefit the Friends of the Pelican Rapids Library.
